Mena Suvari must have been hoping it would be second time lucky as she married her boyfriend of three years in Italy yesterday.
Mena, 31, was married to the 18-years-older cinematographer Robert Brinkmann from 2000 to 2006.
This time around she has chosen someone closer to her in age, in 25-year old concert producer Simone Sestito.

The pair, who got engaged in 2008, chose a private chapel within the Vatican City for their ceremony as most of the groom's family live around Rome.After the wedding the couple threw a private reception at Castello Odescalchi, in Bracciano
She revealed to OK! magazine in an interview last year how she planned to have her wedding dress customised to cover her tattoos.
