The thief who walked out of a San Francisco art museum with a Picasso under his arm has been caught.
Scroll down to see the original story. This individual took a Picasso drawing off the wall where it was hanging, put it under his arm and strolled out with it -- in broad daylight. A restaurant's video camera filmed him sauntering by with the Picasso, and this led to his arrest. The suspect is one Mark Lugo of Hoboken, New Jersey. Police found the stolen Picasso hanging prominently in Lugo's apartment.
