It's a laughter Riot With the famous comedian Shakeel and the Hari Puttar team- Jackie 'dada', Zain & Sweenie on Amul Star Voice of India September 19, Friday, 10 pm on Star Plus Mumbai, September 18: Its time to sit back and enjoy music with a smile as the comedian Shakeel and Bollywood dada Jackie Shroff grace the stage of Amul Star Voice of India, this Friday, Sept 19th, 10 p.m, only on Star Plus. This episode of the reality talent hunt show will refresh the mind and heart of the viewers, especially with comedy being this Friday?s essence along with some melodious performances by the ASVOI contestants. Shakeel?s comic performances will set a sigh of relief amongst the tensed contestants as the competition gets tougher and standard rises up. The ever charming and adored host, Shaan starts off the show with a note of humor as he sings 'Jaate the Chi', 'Zaroorat hai zaroorat hai', 'golmal hai bhai golmal hai' and 'Golmal hai bhai sab golmal hai' (which did he sing?) and cordially welcomes the entire starcast of the forthcoming flick 'Hari Puttar' Jackie Shroff along with the two amazing child actors - Zain and Sweenie. Comedy king Shakeel took over the show with his jokes and pranks on the judges and the contestants too. Vipul & Ritisha begin the competition with their duet performance on 'Tujhe Akha beach ghuma dun'. Their performance had a perfect blend of humor in it and was appreciated by the judges. The next contestants Ravi & Saptaparna did a jig on the current foot tapping number 'Pappu can't dance sala'. Judge Ismail Darbar was impressed with Ravi's performance and appreciated his hard work while Shakeel complimented Saptaparna on her pleasant attitude. Zakir came on stage dressed up in an attire like the legendary actor Mehmood and made Sukhwinder and Shakeel dance to his tunes as he sang 'Hum kale hain to kya hua'. Rohit & Ritisha captured the perfect essence of humor as they sang 'Maan gaye Mughleazam'. All the judges loved their performance and their expressions while singing. Sayantani gave a solo performance on 'Mai kya karu Ram mujhe Buddha mil gaya' and gained accolades. To everyone's surprise, Sayantani declared that she was no longer afraid of being in the Ranbhoomi. Jackie dada appreciated her demeanor and gave all the contestants this advice; ?life is full of ups and downs and one must be able to overcome those, not getting scared and run away'. Judges Ismail and Monty Sharma's two favourite contestants Rohit & Saptaparna - did a fair job while performing on 'Isne bola kem che'. The last performance of the fun filled and musical evening was that of Ravi & Vipul who performed as girls on the song 'Bombay se Baroda tak'. They disguised as Ravina & Vipulina on stage and did a perfect job. Jackie was confused and couldn?t believe that they were playing the part of being females for this act. He felt that their voices and perfect dance steps matched the characters that they were playing to the hilt that they just didn't look like boys. Even the child actors Zain and Sweenie loved all the performances and hoped the audiences will enjoy their upcoming film in a similar manner. To roll over in laughter and sway with good music, stay tuned to Amul Star Voice of India, Fri, Sept 19th, 10 p.m. only on Star Plus!!
