Android 3.0 Honeycomb


With the iPad 2 out now how will the Android market fair and what have they received up there sleeves to compete with iPad.

Android 3.0 or Honeycomb, as it's now officially identified, is coming soon to a pill close to you.

Google brings this new Android interface to a range of pill computers. It consists of plenty of cutting edge tech along with a holographic person interface system.

Honeycomb continues where the mobile phone Android os left off with enhanced multitasking, wealthy notifications, house display customization, widgets, and more. But Honeycomb transforms the user interface with a vibrant, 3D expertise and deeper interactivity, making them feel familiar but even higher than before.

There will also be new apps written specifically for Honeycomb that make nice use of the highly effective graphics, additional media skills, and better user engagement.

Two new "bars" are available. The "Techniques" and "Utility" bar. The "systems bar" is always present alongside the bottom. So in case you are working an app the system bar will still be seen giving system data and updates (i.e incoming mail and so on)

The "Software bar" is current while working an app. The "utility bar" will provide you with navigation options, general options and will probably be a key level on the display for accessing app information.

As with all android programs there's a selection of 5 custom dwelling screens that give the users access to all of the content of Honeycomb. All house screens have a grid orientation that enable placement for residence display widgets, app shortcuts, and wallpapers using a dedicated visual structure mode to be placed as wanted.

As with iPad and previous variations of android there's an enhanced soft keyboard. The keys have been reshaped and repositioned for improved typing, and new keys have been added, reminiscent of a Tab key, to offer richer and extra environment friendly text input. Improved text selection, copy and paste
