Still smiling: After splitting from her husband and a drink driving arrest, Jamie Pressly looked happy yesterday as she walked around  in Beverly Hills
After a difficult last few months, Jaime Pressly appears to be bouncing back.
The My Name is Earl actress looked happy and healthy yesterday as she walked around Beverly Hills.
Wearing very little make-up and dressed in form-fitting exercise clothes, the 33-year-old star showed off her toned body and natural good looks.

In January the pretty blonde filed for divorce after just 16 months of marriage.
The actress cited irreconcilable differences between her and  entertainment lawyer Simran Singh in the papers, filed at Los Angeles Superior Court.
The couple, who wed in September 2009, have no children together, although Jamie has a three-year-old son with her former fiancé Eric Cubiche.

Jamie and Simran split on December 27, according to the papers.
A friend told Us magazine: 'I think it comes down to she married this guy too fast.'
The news came just a few weeks the actress was arrested on suspicion of drink-driving in Santa Monica, California and released on $15,000 bail.
Adding to her woes she is facing a $637,000 bill for unpaid taxes, after the IRS and state of California both filed claims against her.
A few weeks after announcing she was spliting from her husband, Jaime insited the breakup of her marriage had nothing to do with her arrest.
'People [are] thinking my divorce is happening because of the [DUI] situation,' she told U.S. TV show  Extra.  'Truth is, these are all isolated incidents.'
On My Name Is Earl, her character, Joy, was the trailer trash ex-wife of the main character Earl.
She was nominated for a Screen Actors Guild Award and a Golden Globe for her role.
Jaime will soon be headed back to work, starring in the upcoming Fox television comedy, I Hate My Teenage Daughter.
The North Carolina native is also rumoured to have signed on to star in the feature film Hotel Caledonia.
It follows the journey of an inconsequential loser, his best friend, and a bunch of backpackers to work the summer season at an isolated Scottish hotel and their horrific gastronomic encounters with the owners.
The movie is set to film in Scotland and Hertfordshire, England.

Model partner: The statuesque Jennifer Wade with John Cleese

Tense, long legs and a skin tone that was almost tangerine - it could be a footballer's wife. But in fact he is handsome John Cleese Jennifer Wade 18 months. The couple were photographed together in London Osborne Studios for the unveiling of a statue of Miss Wade. Jonathan Wylder artist made the piece size bronze, which is estimated at £ 30 000. Cleese started dating Miss Wade - who is 31 years his junior - after being introduced by friends in October 2009.
Cleese recently revealed he is happier than he has ever been in his life since finding love with her

The former Monty Python star John Cleese - who has suffered bouts of depression - recently revealed he is happier than it has ever been in her life since finding love with her. The 71-year-old said in an interview: "I'm happier than I've ever been. I had a couple of marriages that are not happy, and I think I used to take things more seriously than I should. But now it feels as if something fell into place. "I always used to worry about anything. It became a bit obsessed, and I was always very worried. Now I feel much more relaxed than before. The actor returned to the theater this year to help pay his divorce settlement £ 12.3million for the third wife Alice Faye Eichelberger. Cleese has sold the properties - including a beach house, a 15-hectare ranch in California, a New York apartment and a house in London - to help finance the settlement. This has now left him with an apartment in London and San Francisco and the house in Bath, Somerset, where he lives with blonde Miss Wade. The star hit out of what he described as "ridiculous state of marriage law in California. He said: "If you want to make lots of money, then go to California to find someone rich to marry them, begin to live a luxurious life, stop working if you totally depend of them - and then divorced five years later. "I feel very cross when I'm a suitcase to go to another location to film a job I'm not really interested, and I heard she is on a cruise around a month China. " He added: "When I met her, she lived in a council flat in London. She has brought nothing into the relationship.

"We do not have children together and I even put his son to college. Cleese was first married to Fawlty Towers co-star Connie Booth. They married in 1968 and divorced a decade later. They have, however, have remained friends. His second wife was actress Barbara Trentham. They split in 1990 after nine years of marriage. In their divorce settlement, Miss Trentham received a £ 2.5 Regulation. However, he lost more than half of his fortune estimated in 2009 when a judge granted American-born psychotherapist Miss Eichelberger, 66, $ 8 million in assets and £ £ 600 000 per year for seven years. The couple was married for 15 years and the settlement was ordered after a protracted legal battle for 18 months. However, last year he hinted he was ready to marry Miss Wade. When asked if he intended to marry the blonde girlfriend, he told a television reporter: "Yes, I think, but not until it ceases to shock and alarm my friends' s form a small gang and say they will come and knee cap me if I mention the "M" word. Finally filing: Peaches Geldof's former husband Max Drummey has filed for divorce in Los Angeles more than two years after they split

Peaches Geldof's boyfriend Thomas Cohen is clearly not the jealous type.
First his famous girlfriend spends time with her ex Eli Roth (and tweets about it), and now it has emerged that she is still married.
Peaches' husband Max Drummey has finally filed for divorce in Los Angeles - more than two years after announcing their split in February 2009.

Drummey cited 'irreconcilable differences' as the reason for the split in papers filed at LA County Superior Court on Monday, TMZ claim.
The couple married in August 2008 just ten days after meeting.
On good terms: Peaches has been spending time with her ex Eli Roth in LA

Peaches, then 19, eloped to Vegas and married the American musician after dumping her previous boyfriend Faris Badwin of band The Horrors to embark on a whirlwind romance with her new beau.
But cracks appeared early on in the relationship and it was reported in November 2008 that Peaches, who was trying to forge a career as a writer in America at the time, had told Drummey after a series of rows that the relationship was over.
Seder with celebrities: Peaches spent Passover with Eli Roth and Marilyn Manson
In February the following year they confirmed their split in a joint statement. It read: ‘After much soul searching we have made the mutual decision to end our marriage and have agreed to go our separate ways.
‘Our parting is amicable and both of us still respect and care about each other immensely. There were no other people involved in this decision and we both look forward to a future as good friends.’
Peaches had hinted that she didn't think she would end up with Max in a previous interview. She said: 'I didn't go into it with Max thinking, "This is going to last forever".
Another whirlwind: The TV presenter's rocker beau, whom she lives with in London, has tweeted how much he misses her

Jamie McCourt and her new boyfriend, a gent named Jeff Fuller.

We got these pictures of Jamie yesterday, lunching in Malibu with Jeff Fuller — the new guy in her life. Now, in the awkward department, until recently Jeff was the Director of Protocol for the Dodgers.

Jamie is reported to be meeting with L.A.’s well-monied elite in a bid to raise the cash to buy out Frank as sole owner of the Dodgers. Mr. Fuller just so happens to be an heir to the Pillsbury fortune, so perhaps mixing business with pleasure?
As I’ve reported before, Jamie in the past has looked into running for public office in SoCal, so her donor connections may give her a head start on Frank in drumming up the necessary capital to take over the team.
Frank of course “fired” her last week as CEO of the club, but that move is meaningless. The judge, not Frank or MLB, will decide who gets the Dodgers as part of the future divorce settlement.
And what’s the odds Fuller ends up back with the Dodgers if Jamie gets the team? Like any chief executive, Jamie will need someone close by to help her blow off steam.

Actress Meera Vasudevan has finally been granted divorce from her husband by the Family Court in Chennai. Mumbai-based Meera Vasudevan fist appeared in some cricket-related commercials which paved her way to filmdom. She debuted as heroine in Tamil films with ‘Unnai Charanadaindhaen’ and went on to act in a few more movies.

For some reasons, though, she couldn’t shine as a leading heroine and took to television (serials) in a big way. She got married to Vishal, son of veteran cameraman Ashok Kumar, in the year 2005 after falling in love with him sometime before that. After three years into matrimony, Meera filed a case with the Family Court seeking divorce from Vishal.
Vishal, on the other hand, filed a counter petition requesting the Court to help him in re-uniting with Meera. Following Vishal’s request, both of them were sent for counseling sessions. The sessions failed to bring about a compromise between them and the case was fixed for a final hearing.
As Meera had clearly stated that she didn’t need any ‘maintenance’ amount from her husband, Mr. Justice Ramalingam merely granted the divorce and didn’t mention anything about ‘maintenance’ in his judgment.

TMZ has learned Beyonce's parents -- Mathew Knowles and Tina Knowles -- are no longer getting divorced ... at least for now.

It's unclear if Tina and Mathew have reconciled ... or just forgot to show up, but we're guessing since they both were lawyered up they didn't just forget to show ... rather, they made a conscious decision to drop the divorce.

Some couples celebrate anniversaries and birthdays, while others -- like supermodel Stephanie Seymour and entrepreneur Peter Brant -- celebrate not getting divorced.

After shocking everyone by reconciling and ending what was expected to be an explosive divorce trial, Seymour and Brant are now playing the part of the happy couple and are even looking for a new home, the New York Post reports.

Now, the couple has been touring town houses on both sides of Central Park in NYC.
Bread-winner billionaire Brant already has homes in the Hamptons, Palm Beach and Connecticut.

Sean Bean, 51, is divorcing his fourth wife, Georgina Sutcliffe, 32, after nearly 3 years of marriage. The actor and serial groom cited “irreconcilable differences” as the
reason for his latest divorce. This is not the first time Sean cited that as the reason for the end of a marriage.
Chances are Bean will once again walk down the isle because he is not known for being single long. His list of marriages began at the age of 21 when he first got married. Sean wed again 10 years later in 1990 and fathered two children via that marriage. Bean’s third marriage came in 1997 and his wife then, Abigail Cruttenden, gave birth to a daughter named Evie.
Sean Bean’s fourth wife is just the latest woman to be added to his list of supposed “life partners.” Georgina Sutcliffe shouldn’t be too concerned though, because she is still young and her whole life is ahead of her. This may really be just the first marriage for her. Maybe the next one will be better. Who knows? It looks like another notch on the ol’ experience belt of life. Live, learn and don’t marry an actor who has a history of multiple marriages and divorces.
