The actress, 35, married Jim Toth on March 26. And last week, the pair, along with Witherspoon's kids, Ava, 11 and Deacon, 7, were seen taking in the sights in sunny Belize.
Spotted back home in Los Angeles on Monday, Witherspoon and Ava headed out on a shopping trip, appearing tanned and relaxed as they lugged bags of groceries from a supermarket.

Reese Witherspoon Smiles and Laughs on Rainy Date With New Guy Jim Toth!

Reese Witherspoon could barely contain her giggles ducking out of Pace restaurant in Laurel Canyon last night followed closely behind by her date Jim Toth. The two apparently kept the PDA to a minimum during their dinner, but things are going strong for Reese and the CAA agent since they started seeing each other last month. The rainy evening certainly didn't get in the way of their good time, and it's sweet to see that infectious smile back on Reese's face
Reese Witherspoon made a special workday visit to her boyfriend Jim Toth's office in Beverly Hills this afternoon. She was in her workout gear as he walked her back out to her car, lightly touching her back as they shared a laugh. Things seem to be going well for Reese and Jim, especially after their recent loved-up date night. There's even speculation in this week's InTouchthat Jim's so smitten he's already planning to tie the knot with Reese, but it seems like they're just seeing where things go in their still very new relationship.

The couple, who before have only been rumored to be seeing each other, seemed very much together as they celebrated her 34th birthday in Ojai, Calif.
"They looked very happy," says a West coast spy, noting the lovebirds were all smiles throughout the day — which started with a romantic lunch at a small Mexican restaurant and continued with a shopping spree.
The duo sparked rumors of a fling in January, when they had a very "flirtatious" dinner at L.A. eatery Locanda Portofino — just weeks after the notoriously private "Legally Blonde" actress split with ex-boyfriend Jake Gyllenhaal.
Witherspoon is represented by Toth's firm, so the first rumors about their romance were hushed with the cover story that their meeting was simply a business dinner.
Not so, say sources close to Witherspoon, who suggest that she is very much into the Hollywood bigwig.
"People were surprised that she bounced back so quickly after dating Jake, but she really likes Jim. I think she was shocked to like someone again so quickly."
The two have been spotted on romantic dates at Pace in L.A. and Cafe Stella as well.
"Friends of hers are hoping this works out," says the insider. "He's a good guy and they're hoping this lasts."
