"I have a great many mixed feelings about today," Camille, a star of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, says in a statement. "I'm sad for what was, yet excited about the road ahead. I'm grateful to my family and friends who have stood by me through this time. I will never forget their love and support."
"What I most hope is that Kelsey and I can improve our communications and truly co-parent our two wonderful children," the statement continues. "And I wish Kelsey and Kayte love and happiness in their new marriage."

A mere two weeks after Kelsey Grammer was granted a divorce from Camille Grammer, the actor tied the knot with Kayte Walsh on Friday in New York City.
Grammer, 55, and Walsh, 29, exchanged vows during an afternoon ceremony at the Longacre Theater in New York City, where the five-time Emmy Award-winner recently starred in the Tony-winning revival of the musical La Cage aux Folles.
"Kelsey Grammer and Kayte Walsh were married today at a private ceremony for family and friends," his rep said in a statement.
"I've never been happier in my life," Grammer told PEOPLE last month. Added Walsh, a British flight attendant: "I'm extremely happy."
David Hyde Pierce, who played Grammer's brother on the long-running seriesFrasier, told PEOPLE as he was exiting the ceremony, "It was wonderful!" Actor Alan Arkin, also a guest at the wedding, added that the couple looked "very much in love" as they tied the knot.

The couple are enjoying a pre-wedding getaway to the Florida city, and looked just like any couple in love as they kissed and cuddled.
And the 55-year-old Frasier star wasn't shy about showing off his beach body next to his trim 29-year-old love.
The couple are celebrating getting the green light to marry after his divorce from ex-wife Camille was finalised last Thursday, and are rumoured to be wasting no time in getting hitched themselves, with whispers of February 25 nuptials heating up.
The couple relaxed on lounges and at one point the bride-to-be pulled her bikini straps down to avoid getting tan lines on her shoulders.
The blonde was seen giggling along with her older TV star boyfriend as they settled in for a day of relaxation in the sun.
Kelsey was seen rubbing Kayte's legs before leaning over to kiss her. Later the actor checked his messages while she concentrated on topping up her tan.

Kelsey Grammer and Kayte Walsh enjoyed a pre-wedding getaway at a Miami resort this week.
The Frasier star, 55, and his 29-year-old bride-to-be were spotted flaunting their beach bodies amid rumours they will wed on February 25.
Kelsey now has the green light to marry the British former flight attendant after his divorce from ex-wife Camille was finalised last Thursday.
