When EastEnders star Kara Tointon split from her actor ex James Alexandrou, she swore off dating celebrity men.But it appears the pretty brunette just couldn't resist the charms of her former co-star Joe Swash.The celebrity couple were spotted on a rare outing together yesterday, enjoying the sunny day in London's exclusive Mayfair.

Gazing into each others eyes, Kara Tointon and Joe Swash couldn't stop smiling as they spent the day together.

The couple, who met playing a brother and sister in EastEnders, have kept their relationship low-key - although as these photos show they are obviously still enjoying one another's company.

Kara accompanied I'm A Celebrity victor Joe on a visit to his doctor. The 27-year-old injured his arm while filming Celebrity Total Wipeout in Argentina recently.

He's rumoured to have secretly spent £3,000 on a hair transplant operation some years ago, but it seems Joe Swash's efforts to hold onto his trademark ginger locks have been in vain.

The I'm A Celebrity winner revealed a sizable bald patch while on holiday with his EastEnders girlfriend Kara Tointon.

Former Big Brother contestant Ziggy Lichman certainly appeared rather pleased with himself last night as he left a star studded party with EastEnders star Kara Tointon in tow.

But there's little doubt the public pairing left one person reeling - his ex Chanelle Hayes, who was also at the same event.Ziggy, 27, who split with the Posh look alike last year after an ill-fated reality TV romance, was spotted making a late night exit from London's Renaissance Chancery Court hotel with the attractive soap star.

They had spent the night rubbing shoulders with a host of stars, including Spice Girl Emma Bunton and even the Prime Minister Gordon Brown.

Kara, 24, dressed in a figure hugging red frock, appeared rather coy, covering her face as they headed off in the back of a cab.The actress has been single since ending an 18-month romance with former co-star James Alexandrou in November last year.

Acting may be in her blood but Kara Tointon is also a dab hand at modelling too.

So much so that her reign as the face of Michelle for George underwear at Asda looks set to continue.

Today she launched the lingerie line's new spring/summer range which has increased its cup sizes right up to a G.

And while she may be blessed with an average sized C cup, Kara, 27, said she is all for variety for the bigger busted lady.

In the episode, entitled Duty Calls which aired on January 21, Kara played the character Ami Ryan, who is questioned by police after dialling 999 to report an attempted burglary at the flat she shares with her boyfriend.
