Holly Madison, Brandon Roque, Jesse Waits, Lil Jon at DJ Battle at Blush Boutique Nightclub

It was fight night last evening at the posh Blush Boutique Nightclub inside Wynn Las Vegas (Pictured above: Jesse Waits and Holly Madison – Photo credit: Bryan Steffy).

In a DJ battle of epic proportions, nightlife heavyweights Brandon Roque, Blush managing partner, took on Jesse Waits, Tryst/XS managing partner, as they squared off in front of a capacity crowd.

In Roque’s corner, superstar DJ, producer and TV personality, Lil Jon coached Roque and hyped the crowd in the friendly, high-energy bout between the Wynn nightlife families. In Waits’ corner was the lovely Holly Madison – sporting a Team Jessie white t-shirt – who used her cheerleading skills to excite the audience.

If there's one thing going well for Holly Madison, it's her love life! Life & Style can exclusively reveal she's dating Jesse Waits, a managing partner of XS nightclub in Las Vegas. "She's in one of the happiest relationships she's ever been in," a source close to Holly reveals to Life & Style. Jesse, who coincidentally dated Holly's Holly World co-star Jayde Nicole, is the brother of Paris Hilton's boyfriend, Cy Waits.
"Holly and Jesse have been quietly dating for months now," the source tells Life & Style." Jesse is a really great guy and makes Holly happy." A rep for the Peepshow star confirmed that Holly is indeed dating.
And although her former boyfriend Hugh Hefner is going through a tough breakup up with his ex-fiancée, Crystal Harris, things could not be going any better for Holly. "Holly is, of course, concerned about Hef, but as a friend and not in a romantic way," the source adds. "That chapter of her life is closed."

But it appears the 85-year-old has missed his chance with his one-time love, who split up with him after six years when he failed to propose.
The Playboy model is now dating Jesse Waits, a managing partner at the XS nightclub in Las Vegas - and she's not the first reality star to go out with him.

Waits, the younger brother of Paris Hilton's boyfriend Cy Waits, once dated Madison's Holly's World co-star, Jayde Nicole.

Waits and Nicole split up last December after a tumultuous relationship and now the Sin City business man has set his sights on Madison.
'Holly and Jesse have been quietly dating for months now,' the source told U.S. magazine Life & Style.
'Jesse is a really great guy and makes Holly happy.'
A representative for the Peepshow star confirmed that they are indeed a couple.
Madison ended her relationship with Jack Barakat in March, after dating the All Time Low guitarist for 10 months.
U.S. website RadarOnline.com reported that Waits and Nicole ended their relationship in December after she moved to Las Vegas to be with him.
Meanwhile, Madison's ex-boyfriend and ex-boss called off wedding to Crystal Harris just days before the wedding.
The sad bachelor took to his Twitter today simply writing: 'The wedding is off. Crystal has had a change of heart.'
Hefner and his 25-year-old bride-to-be were scheduled to tie the knot this coming Saturday in a lavish ceremony.
The flowers had been ordered, the dress perfected, the menu in the works - and all that was left was for the Playboy founder and his young blonde bride to take the trip up the aisle.
