French actress and singer Charlotte Gainsbourg took maternity wear to a whole new level last night at Cannes Film Festival.
The 39-year-old 21 Grams actress arrived for the premiere of her film Melancholia in a sheer black dress, clearly exposing a see-through bra.
Miss Gainsbourg, who is eight months pregnant, shocked onlookers as she strolled down the red carpet in the provocative gown, which boasted a plunging neckline that cut down to her burgeoning bump.
The star is pregnant with her third child with long-time partner French-Israeli actor and director Yvan Attal.
They already have a 13-year-old son, Ben, and an eight-year-old daughter, Alice.
